He observed her for a moment. “H-hi.. An-nie.” He took a step back when she knelt down to his level. “Uh i’i sure..” he took a deep breath and put his hands on his hips. “No! I never ever get lost” he confirmed this by nodding his head once.
She took note when he stepped back from her. She would have to be careful with him if she didn’t want to scare him off.
“Are you sure? Where are your parents?”
She did find it odd that he was all alone. She hoped he merely got separated from them and nothing worse.

*looks down at the little boy staring up at her with those blue eyes and smiles* Hi there! What’s your name?
“M-me? i-i’m n-no-one. uh..C-cas. ” Sniffles
She felt sorry for the boy, he looked so scared. “Hi Cas, I’m Annie.” She knelt down in front of him. “Are you okay? You look lost.”
